the location was really convenient for getting around. it was close to transport links and hyde park. the staff were friendly, a male receptionist was especially helpful. the area was quiet, a definite plus.
the tv did not work in my room, perhaps just the remote. pillows provided were not good, and the bed felt quite hard. i did not sleep well because of it. i would have liked to have a glass for water in the room.

the location was ideal with easy access to nearby metro stations. keya at reception was really helpful and accommodating . my room, though on the ground floor, felt surprisingly spacious for the area. i appreciated that it had everything i needed for a comfortable visit.
the electricity sockets above the working table had a switch within the socket's base, i needed an adapter, and it was a bit big, i couldn't plug it in without turning the socket's switch off.

the room was clean with no carpets. i liked the coffee machine in the room, a real plus.
the room felt a little cramped. the description mentioned a studio, but it was more like a regular room with a tiny kitchen tucked away.
